How does this work?
Fill out our Family Portfolio
Complete our comprehensive profile detailing your family's unique needs, care preferences, and lifestyle requirements. This confidential brief helps us understand your specific situation—whether you're a surgeon needing variable coverage, an executive managing cross-country commutes, or a founder balancing startup demands with family life.
2. Qualification & Welcome
Our team reviews each Family Portfolio carefully. We thoughtfully curate our network to maintain the highest standards for both families and caregivers. Upon approval, you'll receive an email from our team that asks you to set up a video call with us. This call lasts 30 minutes to an hour and will help us get to know your family's personality and needs.
3. Network Access Activation
Once welcomed to the network, you'll gain immediate access to our carefully vetted pool of professional caregivers. Each has undergone our rigorous screening process and maintains the credentials needed to support high-achieving families.
4. Seamless Booking Process
Request care through our client concierge whenever needs arise. Whether it's covering an unexpected board meeting, supporting a last minute weekend need, providing nanny coverage while your nanny is having a sick day, or providing care during a destination wedding, our network stands ready.
5. Ongoing Priority Support
