How do we define a housekeeper?
Housekeepers have a wide compensation range through our firm. We list these positions between $25-40/hr, depending on the requirements of our clients and experience of the housekeeper.

What falls into the housekeeper bucket?
Managing the overall cleanliness of the household. This includes: dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors; cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, baths, and sinks); washing windows; and dusting and polishing furniture.
Home laundry support. This includes: washing, drying, ironing, and folding clothes and linens.
Overall kitchen upkeep. This includes: cleaning appliances, countertops, sinks, and cabinet doors, washing dishes and organizing cupboards.
Bedroom Management. This includes: changing bed linens, making beds, and organizing bedrooms.
Assistance with organizational maintenance. This includes: tidying up living spaces, organizing closets, and decluttering rooms.
Waste management. This includes: emptying trash bins and disposing of waste properly.
Assistance with restocking supplies. This includes: keeping track of household supplies like cleaning products, toiletries, and paper goods, and restocking them as necessary.
Assistance with meal preparation. This includes: simple meal prep to more complex cooking, depending on the housekeeper's skills and the employer's preferences.
Running errands. This includes: grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or other outside-the-home tasks.
Assisting with pet care. This includes: feeding, watering, walking, and caring for pets, if applicable.
Assistance with plant care. This includes watering houseplants and assisting with home gardening.
Assisting with basic home maintenance. This includes: reporting any issues with plumbing, electricity, or any other aspect of the home that requires maintenance.
